Do you have an elevator? 

No, but we do have two rooms on the first floor that we will do our best to accommodate when requested and available. .

How vibrant is the atmosphere around the hotel?

The hotel is located half a block from one of the most vibrant streets in New Orleans, Bourbon Street. Known for its party atmosphere, the location offers an immersive experience that can be loud at times.

Are there luggage storage arrangements available? 

We have limited storage space for luggage but cannot accommodate long-term storage of items.

Check-in and check-out times?

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
Early check-in is available based on occupancy and may incur additional fees.

Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
We kindly ask that you check out by 12:00 PM to give us sufficient time to prepare for our next guests. Late check-out options may be available for an additional fee; please inquire at the front desk.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, when available and for a fee.

Is the hotel pet-friendly? 

Yes, for dogs up to 40lbs and $75/night.

I’m bringing a car, where should I park?

While we don't provide valet parking, there are multiple parking options available, including Premium Parking lots in the surrounding area as well as various parking garages. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations for parking during your stay.

Do the rooms have a safe? 

No, however, the front desk will secure valuable items in the house safe upon request.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and any holidays or special events. Generally, we allow cancellations up to three days in advance. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable. For holidays or special events, cancellations are permitted up to two weeks in advance.
