Do you have an elevator? 

No, but we do have two rooms on the first floor that we will do our best to accommodate when requested and available. .

How vibrant is the atmosphere around the hotel?

The hotel is located half a block from one of the most vibrant streets in New Orleans, Bourbon Street. Known for its party atmosphere, the location offers an immersive experience that can be loud at times.

Are there luggage storage arrangements available? 

We have limited storage space for luggage but cannot accommodate long-term storage of items.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, when available and for a fee.

Is the hotel pet-friendly? 

Yes for dogs up to 40lbs and $75/night.

Is there valet parking? If not, where can we safely park our vehicle(s)? 

While we don't provide valet parking, we offer assistance in arranging parking at a nearby hotel, which can be purchased during booking. Alternatively, on-street parking is available. However, we advise against bringing a car as the French Quarter is tight on space, and navigating New Orleans without one is easy.

Do the rooms have a safe? 

No, however, the front desk will secure valuable items in the house safe upon request.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation and any holidays or special events. Generally, we allow cancellations up to three days in advance. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable. For holidays or special events, cancellations are permitted up to two weeks in advance.
